(Saudi Arabia) Looking for Investment/Strategy Senior Leadership Role (N-1) for an Investment company. 

This role will be reporting to company CEO and to lead the development and execution of company’s corporate strategy, investment strategy, strategic partnerships, business development, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role provides strategic direction, oversees institutional performance, investment opportunity assessment, project execution, and ensures all strategic programs, investment initiatives, and business development efforts are aligned with organizational goals and long-term national mandates. It plays a critical leadership role in positioning company for sustained growth, value creation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the formulation company’s corporate strategy in alignment with company vision and long-term growth targets.
- Ensure strategy is translated into actionable plans across departments, embedded in budget cycles, KPIs, and project portfolios.
- Drive strategic planning workshops, alignment sessions, and executive reviews to track implementation and validate direction.
- Lead a high-performing team spanning Corporate Strategy, Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise PMO, and Performance Management.
- Coach department heads and senior managers in setting priorities, delivering results, and cultivating a culture of collaboration, agility, and strategic ownership.
- Establish and maintain enterprise-wide frameworks and governance mechanisms for planning, performance, project management, and stakeholder partnerships.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements in all strategic and developmental activities.
- Lead the preparation and monitoring of the Strategy & Business Development section’s budget, ensuring strategic allocation across initiatives and functions.
- Oversee resource planning to support key cross-functional initiatives and enterprise transformation goals.
- Lead the development company’s investment strategy, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy, growth agenda, risk appetite, and long-term value creation objectives.
- Authorize the submission and dissemination of approved strategic plans to the relevant stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment with relevant committees and CEO.
- Oversee the yearly process of preparing and approving company's performance measurements, as well as the establishment and monitoring of organizational KPIs, to ensure the company's continuity and attainment of its goals and objectives.
- Ensure the evolution of company's business plan based on predicted and/or actual performance, including monitoring any deviations and recommending appropriate remedial measures.
- Direct the evaluation of the performance of the various business units, overseeing the development of relevant metrics linked to the strategy and business plans, the identification and follow up on key actions to improve performance.
- Drive corporate performance and excellence initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Set yearly partnerships portfolio goals/targets with the CEO and relevant stakeholders that support the strategic direction of the company.
- Provide strategic expertise to the development of company's portfolio management approach, including providing feedback on project and potential strategic partnerships metrics and methodology.
- Lead the identification, establishment, and management of strategic partnerships and collaborations with key external stakeholders, including industry leaders, organizations, and government entities, in order to enhance company's market position, expand its network, and drive business growth.
- Lead the evaluation and assessment of partnership opportunities, oversee the negotiation of terms and agreements, and ensure the effective implementation and ongoing management of partnerships to maximize mutual benefits and achieve strategic objectives.
- Oversee financial analyses, including the analysis and evaluation of a potential partnership's operating results, as well as the development and analysis of financial data to facilitate informed business decision-making.
- Direct the timely review and due diligence of newly proposed partnerships concepts by leading the comprehensive evaluation of concept viability, including financial, operational, and market analysis, concept financing options, concept revenue streams, and concept return on investment (ROI), to ensure the feasibility and mitigate risks associated with the strategic partnerships.
- Oversee project activities and provide progress reports towards achieving the project output, through metric reporting, analysis and identification of variances from the project plans.
- Approve on project KPIs targets and monitor performance versus target, investigate areas of unsatisfactory results and work on enhancing and solving performance issues to improve results and contribute to successful project completion.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business or any related field
- Master's Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum of 10 years of Experience in any related field out of which 5 years at a Senior Leadership/ Executive Management level.
